I just got back from the Nationals in Queensland, it was very exhausting with the hot weather and frustrating with long fight delays, contraversal scoring and mind games,besides all this the Halls team done extremly well and victoria held their ground showing their dedication to Taekwondo being half the Australian Open`s competitors !!! I would like to once again say thanks to all the Instructors at the Sunshine club for there hard traing efforts, Also a special Thanks to Warren, Rob and yvette for their great support and effort up at the Nationals, thanks guys and keep up the good work.

Hi Luke and all involved with the junior Black Belt camp,
Thank you all for all the time, effort and enthusiasm that went into
organising and running this camp.
Ellie hasn't stopped talking about it since she got home (which is
quite amazing as she has almost completely lost her voice!)It was a job extremely well done under very challenging weather conditions.
