Halls offered Taekwondo at 'Give it a Go'

all day Free Clinics for children and stage appearance
As part of Children's Week, the Lord Mayor's Charitable Foundation invited us to host Taekwondo at 'Give it a Go' in the Alexandra Gardens, Sat 25th October. We ran Taekwondo Clinics all day and Demo Team Xtreme performed on stage.
More than 30 different sports participated, giving children a chance to try a variety of sports and broaden healthy lifestyle opportunities. Taekwondo had a strong presence with City West Taekwondo commencing the day's stage performances with dramatic, bright sequences and Hall's Taekwondo Grand Finalists from Australia's Got Talent appearing just prior to Bindi Irwin later in the day. Taekwondo Victoria was well represented and all schools should benefit from the exposure.
Thank you to our many young demo team members who enthusiastically performed for audiences and proudly presented taekwondo as a positive sporting option.
