Masters Taekwondo for the Mature adult
Mature adults follow the same syllabus as younger adults but Instructors understand our Masters require longer warm-up time, more stretching and gradual progression. Beginners do become Black Belts! Les Beasey commenced Taekwondo at our Heidelberg Centre in his late 60's, gained his Black Belt at the age of 74 and continues to train today when his busy schedule allows him.
|
Train with our Sports class enjoying group atmosphere. Our expectations however, are that you continually improve within yourself – against only yourself.
Acknowledge as we do that you must build up gradually. As you progress towards black belt your fitness, strength and stamina will improve.
Good health, toned body, decreased fat percentage will evolve as you concentrate on new techniques and marvel at the skills you master.
Do you know someone who should 'join the club'?
