Fight Club for Men or Fighting Fit Females are 6 week programs specifically focused on street self defence skills against surprise attacks. A smart investment that builds skills, strength and courage!

    Challenging all fitness levels from the walking warriors to elite athletes. We group you and train you according to your Basic Fitness Assessment for maximum challenge and results.
    It's a 7 week challenge ensuring in just 2 weeks improvements in: Fat loss, muscle tone, endurance, strength, speed, self discipline, self esteem. In the last challenge 45 bootcampers combined lost 40kg fat loss & 215.7 cms, just over 2 metres of fat loss calculated!!
